Marti Goodwin has been with the District for more than 14 years. She has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for more than 24 years. Ms. Goodwin earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University, Oxford, OH. She completed her nutrition training at Loyola University, Chicago, IL and went on to earn a M.S. in Human Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to coming to Chagrin Falls, Ms. Goodwin was a dietitian for LifeTime Fitness. Her previous employment includes working as a wellness consultant for Oswald Companies in addition to consulting for a private pediatric practice and several nursing homes.
Food Services
Lunch Prices and Menus.
Lunch prices for SY 2024-25 are $3.50 for Gurney and Intermediate School students; $3.75 for Middle and High School students.. Milk is $0.65 and second lunches are $3.95 for all students.
Lunch menus can be accessed through the District or building websites or by downloading the My School Menus app for IOS or Android.
Lunch Account Payments
We prefer that lunch account payments be made online through Infinite Campus. However, if you wish to avoid the online payment fee, you may pay by cash or check made payable to “Chagrin Falls Board of Education”
Checks may be mailed directly to the attention of the Food Service Department at 400 E. Washington St., Chagrin Falls, OH 44022 or sent to school with your student.
Allergies
In order to make accommodations for food allergies, we must have a request on file for the current school year. Please contact Marti Goodwin, MS, RDN, LDN, Food Service Supervisor, regarding dietary accommodations.
Lunch Account Restrictions
Purchasing restrictions for lunch accounts must be renewed each school year. Please contact Karey Bernotas, Food Service Assistant, if you wish to place purchasing restrictions on your student's lunch account.
Health & Wellness
The District Wellness Committee invites parents, students, staff, members of the Board of Education and other community stakeholders to join us. If you are interested in joining the District Wellness Committee, please contact Dr. Jennifer Penczarski, Superintendent.
