ABSENCE ONLINE REPORTING FORMS:
Parents will now use Infinite Campus to report when their child will be absent for the whole day or part of the day (such as for a doctor’s appointment, orthodontist appointment, vacation, etc).

HOW TO REPORT AN ABSENCE

• Step 1 – Login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, through the app or website. You can find a link on the district website under Resources.

• Step 2 – Click “More” on the left-hand side. Then click on Absence Request. Please note, you will not see this option until March 3rd.

• Step 3 – Complete the form and hit “Submit”. That’s it!
  
  Click here for a Planned Absence form if you plan on one or more days of absence. Print it, fill it out, and send it with your student to give to their teacher.

All absences should be reported by 9 a.m. Absence policies are provided in the Gurney Student Handbook.
